Bladderwrack:

Bladderwrack is a common name for Fucus vesiculosus. Other common names for this sea algae include seaweed, rockweed, sea oak, and cut weed. Bladderwrack can be found plentiful along the North American Atlantic Coast and Nova Scotia's South Shore and most commonly reduced to powder and flakes for easy consumption. 

Bladderwrack seaweed has a high content of dietary fibre, vitamins, and minerals. It is well known for its exceptional combination of micro and macronutrients which is why east Asia and other coast countries of Europe have been harvesting it for food and nutritional supplements for centuries. 

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is high in saturated fats, most of which are “good” fats called medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
